Nice!

Great resource with some humor to boot. Great update that made it IOS 7 compliant.

QuackCastTastic!

Wonderfully detailed info, biting dry humor. What else would you expect from the writer of the QuackCast podcast?

Chief, Prostate & Urologic Cancer Research Group, Division of Cancer Prevention, NCI

Finally, the infectious disease guide that I have been waiting for. Great organization, up to date information and best of all, context, not just lists. This is a great guide and allows me to educate myself appropriately before getting an ID consult! Thank you, Mark, for doing the heavy lifting. Where do you find the time?

Fantastic App

I am a PA student looking to go into ID and I read this app all the time. Organized well, concise, and worth every penny and then some.

Needs new update!!!

The app is great and very useful, just needs an update! The latest definition update works fine for the iPad but on the iPhone, I cannot add the category "Diseases," I have to go to search and then the diseases tab to find a disease. Fix this glitch please (for 5 stars), as I use the diseases button more often than anything else!

IDC

Awesome app to keep up with the world around us!

Awesome

I rarely leave a review but this app is amazing! Please just keep updating it..

Good resource

Especially like the rants and raves, they play to the art of medicine in a way that others dont.

Best of all ID apps

Especially helpful to me as a rural health MD. This app gives me a concise resource with clinically relevant pearls and anecdotes I dont get from other resources. By the time I get an ID consult, I have already done what the books recommend. Now what I need is to tap into the clinical experience i can only get from a colleague who has been in the trenches for a few decades. Thats what this app does for me. Its also refreshing to find a colleague with a pleasant sense of humor. You have done us all a tremendous service by making this app available, which Im sure has improved the quality and length of lives of many of our patients.

Use it constantly

Im an ID doc and also a Hospitalist; this app is good enough that I rarely have to whip out my Sanford Guide. Crislip is the best; check his podcasts too!

What you wish all medical refs were like

Im an FNP in internal medicine. Love this app. Not the "textbook" answers that arent really helpful but the "real life practice" answers I need! Like having a mentor in ID I can call up for advice. Thank you for this app.

Rants are the best

Reading the rants section paid off the 6 dollars I spent on this app! I know that part is not what I am primarily meant to review but it is so good that I could not resist. The app otherwise appears helpful so far. I love authors puscast podcast. Im not an ID doctor but both these resources are pretty helpful and this app is easy to navigate.

Easy to use!

Works like a gem. Easy to find what Im looking for and has links to pubmed references.

Disappointed

I was pretty upset by the amount of typos because I had high hopes for this app. If there are typos everywhere, is the information wrong, too?

Brilliant & Funny!

Internist, soon to start my ID fellowship. Easy to digest ID info. Worth every penny.

I love this app!

Definitely worth $6. Comes in handy relearning my micro after years in the molecular lab. Really enjoying it.

Great app

Great recommendations based on a blend of literature and practice experience. I use this app very often as an ID pharmacist.

Great resource when you are on the run

I appreciate Dr. Crislips insight and perspective on ID.

Love it

Longtime fan of M. crislip podcasts, both Puscast and Quackcast. The format of this compendium maximizes usefulness and minimizes superfluous info. Extremely useful for residents and would recommend to any intern. I was pleasantly surprised that he inserts his personality and humor into it as well.
